I'm interested in customizing Moodle to allow multi-level administation (ie. An organization is assigned one or more admins who can create and assign users within their organization only to specific courses). Do you think Moodle would be appropriate for this and are you aware of any modules that would facilitate this functionality? Thanks in advance for any insight of resources you can direct me to for this.
Structure should allow specifying which courses an admin can assign to by organization.
