Gradebook

Hi all
Is there a way to import all the gradebook data to an external sheet automatically. I need to prepare the final marks for students which include the marks scored in the gradebook and the results of the final exam to the examination dept in an excel spreadsheet as per a format that they are using. What I would like to do is to enter the final exam marks into their spreadsheet and then pull in the Gradebook data from the Moodule system via an external Php script.
