The easiest way to achieve this would be to create a backup of the 'remote' class, download the zipped backup, and restore it into your 'local' Moodle installation. I've done this myself for the purpose of a conference presentation and it works just great. It allows you not only to present the class (as with screenshots) but also to show Moodle in action.
One thing that occurred to me when preparing this kind of presentation was that it is probably good to change all the participants' names and profile pages for the presentation (for privacy reasons)
