After importing a Quiz named 'H5moodle' (exported from 'Wintoets') I get the failure:
'This quiz format has not yet been completed!'
Can anyone help me with this problem?

I don't think that
$question->usecase = 0; // ignore case
can go inside a GIFT file. I am not sure what it is doing there. Perhaps the person who used this GIFT file has an improved system. If you remove these then the questions seem to import okay. The other thing to watch for is the character encoding. I am not sure what encoding is required for this but I get some garbling on my system. If you are not using the right encoding then the garbling thus produced could mean that the first } is lost.
Strange error message though. Perhaps someone is working on another quiz format and it is in your system and not mine.
