If it's a problem of lost/password, you can create a new user (e.g. newuser) with password (password) and then go look in your database under the mdl_user table and see what encrypted "password" corresponds to your newuser account "084e0343a0486ff05530df6c705c8bb4". Then change your admin password to that and presto -- you're in.
