A teacher added a COLLES (Preferred and Actual) Survey to a course. When students take the survey and forget to answer all the questions, a window states: some of the multiple choice questions have not been answered. After correcting the missing choices, and clicking "Click here to check and continue," the error keeps being displayed and will not let the student submit the survey.

Is anyone else having this problem?

And to add to the confusion, firefox let me submit it without answering all the questions....

We have this problem even when we answer ALL the survey's questions. Any proposal on that ?
We have try with student account, with teacher as a student role, from various browsers, different IP's, nothing changed. And to be make it a little more difficult, the first student had managed to submit survey's answers without any problem.
