Is there any way to show the raw percents for a category but the weighted percent for final grade?
An instructor uses weighted grades (GradebookPlus V2) to calculate final grades. If only these are displayed, though, students only see scores on the categories based on the weights (e.g. Readings = 20% total). So they don't know how well they did on a given category overall (e.g. Exams 18% weighted = 90% average for exams). They ought to be able to do the math, but not always.
But if the instructor makes the raw percents available it creates havoc. Now some students have higher raw percent totals (but lower weighted grades) and wonder why their final grade is lower than someone with a lower raw total.
