Hi I am the administrator of a Moodle system at the following address:
www.edcentretralee.ie/moodle
When I click on the Login link there is no longer a login entry form appearing and no error message. The page is blank.
Another collegue was logged in under my administrator password earlier in the afternoon and was uploading pdf files onto the system.
I am not sure if he successfully logged off. If he hadn't, would this prevent me from logging in now on my computer at home?
Has anyone else experienced this problem? Any solutions?
You are using the autumn theme and it seems to only be loading the header when you go to the login screen.
If you have access to your Moodle source files, then go to your Themes directory and rename the autumn theme directory to something else...like autumnBACKUP. Then select one of the other themes like standardwhite and rename it to whatever autumn was called. Refresh your browser and you should be able to login. Then you just need to figure out what is wrong with the theme or use another theme.
