Hello folks,
I'm a complete newbie to moodle and I can't find the Moodledata folder for the life of me. I want to manually upload archived BlackBoard courses to the moodledata folder in order to migrate them. Everything I read suggests that this should be easy, and the moodledata should be in plain site via FTP. but I can't find it no how. I seem to be able to backup a demo course, but I don't know where the backup is going. My moodle installation shares a database with Joomla, could this be messing me up?

Open your config.php file...that will tell you where the moodledata folder is located.
