Want to add local moodle site on another server(from http://localhost to another server)

Hi friends,

If I have one moodle site on local server (say Apache http://localhost) and I want to place this site on some other server(any) then what I have to do.
I have given the wwwroot URL as : $CFG->wwwroot = 'http://localhost/moodle/GGC';
(GGC is the folder name where sites all files and folders are stored D:\moodle\GGC) -"D:\" is my documentroot

How can I do this?

Please explain in detail.

I am using Moodle-1.8.2
