Hello!
I'm have a problem with buckup and restoring one of my courses:
i have backup course in moodle 1.1.1 and restoring in 1.3 (i'm try restoring in 1.1.1, but it's not working too). I have get this messages in end of restore log:
"Creating groups
XML error: not well-formed (invalid token) at line 11803"
And course is fool (only name of lesson subjects, no name of content, no content).
All other of my course normal buckup and restoring...
Help my, please...
P.S. Sorry, for my English.

I once had similar trouble, see http://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=4253, due to some strange characters in the course description. I would download the backup and unzip it, and inspect the file moodle.xml with a text editor and see what is on line 11803.
