Just an FYI, I believe that MDL-12288 was a duplicate of MDL-12320 which was fixed for Moodle 1.8.4. Those who were experiencing this issue should upgrade to the latest version of 1.8+. If the issue still exists, please comment on one of the tracker issues and I will re-open it. Peace - Anthony
