"Making the Grade" script does not run as resource

We will be posting student grades using a script generated by the popular "Making the Grade" rollbook application.  The root script in the attached set of files is "Classes.htm".  Grade reports for individual students are invoked through Classes after the student inputs a student id and PIN.  As a MOODLE resource both Classes and the student scripts display appropriately individually but not through the Classes script.

I have attached a set of files and provide the following student ID and PIN for testing:

StdId = 606-813-810,      PIN = 8829

Could someone have a look at this and suggest possible remedies?

There have been no responses to this query.  I guess I can understand why.  See the original issue.  Perhaps if I cast the problem differently:

What MOODLE configuration items might prevent Java-script/classes imbedded/referenced from an html script from running as a MOODLE resource?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
