Within the authentication settings page have you set:
Data mapping
ID number: distinguishedName
The only other difference I can see between your settings and mine at the moment is the host URL, I had problems using ldap://, so instead only use the actual FQDN of the server.
in your case just:
ldapserver.isctem.ac.mz
