I have a strange issue that I hope I can get some assistance with. I'm using 1.8.2 and have an external DB managing enrollments. Students are enrolled just fine however, when i remove enrollment info from the external DB, moodle doesn't follow suit. Has anyone experienced this and can provide a fix?
Ok figured it out. Apparently when I updraded from 1.6 to 1.8.2 all the students were switched to manual enrollment in role_assignments. I fixed this by updating that table and replacing "manual" with "database". now everything works as it should.
