General help

Can someone tell me how to fix this? I uploaded the AJAX enabled Chameleon theme yesterday, and while I had it on my installation, I tried doing a chron job. Somewhere during this, I lost access to my moodle site, and I have not been able to get it back. At first I got an error message telling me my database may be overfull or I needed to correct my config.php file. I apparently corrected that, but then I got another message, which I also corrected, and now I get this message, which I have no clue how to correct. I tried clicking on the lib/setup file in my moodle folder, then I tried moving the lib folder to my public_html (I'm on a hosted server) and clicking on the setup there, but to no avail.

I have been working on this for about 12 hours with little break, and I have colleagues beginning to teach classes tomorrow.

I need help FAST! (although I have GOT to quit this for the evening, or I'm going to lose my mind!)
