Great Moodle presentation "What is Moodle"

Hi All,

I discovered on slideshare the other day a fantastic Moodle presentation written by Alja Suncic.

I have since recreated it in keynote and jazzed it up a tad.

I have written to the author seeking permission to redistribute as I think this is the perfect kind of presentation for expos, conventions, for staff inductions and for all those who ask 'What is Moodle' that arent after the full answer just yet.

I have posted a video of it running below, I will post the link to the keynote itself once permission has been granted to do so.

There's a typo in the original presentation: it should probably be "pedagogical principles" not "pedagogical principals."

Your jazzed up version is interesting too but the soundtrack might be a bit too recognizable and the original is possibly more effective because it's so short.

To make it easier to search, the author's name is Alja Sulčič (i.e. "Sulcic," not "Suncic").

Oops! I just noticed the YouTube version had the typo corrected. Chances are, our friend Alja posted an early draft on Slideshare and the version she posted on her blog was a new and improved one. (It's also made in Keynote, it seems.)

No offense intended, Julian, but I think I prefer Alja's version.

Hi Alja,

Have to say, great presentation. Best I have seen in a long while. Wish I had found your email addy earlier. I only ended up building it myself because I needed a fullscreen to sho some staff and yours fitted the bill perfectly.

As you are here on Moodle (woohoo), no one should contact me at all, go directly to Alja.
