Enrolment

As I said, our usernames and idnumbers are supposed to be the same. BUT I just looked at the underlying data, and some of our users have usernames but no idnumbers, even though they have logged in repeatedly. I don't understand how this happened. They appear to be users who were manually added rather than added through a flat file process. They show up in courses, they show up in the users list, but when you look at mdl_user directly they have no entry in the idnumber field.

Thanks for prompting me to check this more carefully. It was simply coincidence that my test student was one with no idnumber. My flatfile works just fine now that I have fixed the underlying problem.
