I have a big problem with restore function. The college where I work offers Moodle courses in order to teach teachers how to use this platform, we've detected that when the people in a course try to restore a backup copy some of them lose their course, the course exists but it's completelly empty (no students, no teacher, no topics, no blocks, etc) it only has the files uploaded to it. The only solution is to restore as admin the backup copy. We think that problem is the concurrency, when a lot of people try to restore a backup copy at the same time it fails, sometimes remove all the course data, sometimes mix the students of several courses, etc... ¿are we right?¿Does anyone notice the same problem?¿Any idea or suggestion?
We are using Moodle 1.6.4 version.
