Using TinyMCE for edting files

Is there anyway to change the html editor for when you are edting an html file?...I've succesfully integrated the TinyMCE html editor for forums, assignments etc, but was wondering if this was possible too.

Further clarification....i replaced the print_textarea fucntion in the WEBLIB to use TINYMCE as the editor...

It worked for all forum, assignments and questions etc, however when going into files for a course and selected to edit the editor does not come up as TINYMCE...

Looking through the file/index.php  script i'm certain it calls print_textarea...thus it should come up as TINY MCE


Any help would be appreciated.
