I don't think this is the best page to post your question. Once you get an answer, you might consider creating an Xoops page in MoodleDocs. The only MoodleDoc reference I found was for 1.4. Looks like Xoops is something like Joomla. Did you try doing a search of all forums on the term Xoops? This might work. Good luck
