Add help button to the "add three fields" when creating a new quiz

Hi dear Tim and all:

Just a quick comment. In Moodle 1.8 there is a new button (I believe) called "add three fields to form" which during our preliminary usability testing, a lot of our users got confused with this. I think it would be a great idea to add a simple help button right next to this button to explain what this button does. What do you think? It's just a matter to add a simple line using helpbutton() function, should be a quick fix. Thanks!

This is a known issue: MDL-9076. I prefer Howard's suggestion of moving the button inside the Overall feedback box, but note Jamie's comment that this is not easy.
