I’ve recently set up two instances of moodle 1.8 on my test computer (Windows XP Professional, APACHE, MYSQL) and tried to enable networking between those two moodle sites. Unfortunately there was a problem with key generation on both instances.
When I go to the networking/settings on any of those two sites and I enable networking I get a message that my public key is “valid until: Thursday, 1 January 1970, 01:00 AM”. Deleting this key did not solve the problem.
The server/environment link from Site Administration menu is showing that everything is OK.
Can someone give any advice on this?

Just a guess but is the date/time correct on the servers generating the keys?
