How do you delete a course that you have set up in Moodle 1.8?

The Administrator can do this. Front page Administration -> Courses -> Add/Edit Courses. Click the appropriate category (e.g., Miscellaneous) and you will see your course listed. Click the X next to the course and it will be deleted.
