Hey I did not click on the right moodle site in the beginging and now i have to delete my account to make a new one.. The problem is is that in order to do the 'CT Governor's Innovation Challenge' than I have to use speccific info for my User name and my Password... so If you would cancel my account or tell me how I can it would help a whole lot... thanks in advance.

I don't think its possible for users to delete theirs account, imho you need to contact admin of your moodle site and ask him to delete your account.
