Where did "View All Questions On One Page" go?

When a student, goes into a Quiz, the number of questions displayed on the page is limited to the setting QUESTIONS PER PAGE. At the request of our host, I have set this to 10.

But, I seem to remember the student being given the option to View All Questions On One Page. Was this an option in a previous version of Moodle, or am I just imagining it? Did the feature get removed? Did it get missed? We are currently using 1.6.4. I think we used to be using 1.5.

"View all questions on one page" only appears on the review page.
