Stop Autolinking in Quizzes + Secure Window + Quiz Revision

hi Tim/all,

1. Auto-linking in quizzes:

A quiz is running in "Secure window" and a question contains a text similar to a resource/activity. Moodle links to it. If a student click on it, s/he can leave the secure window and go to that resource! And instructors don't want to work with HTML editor <nolink> stuff. Too much work for them per question/per text.

=> Is there a way to stop this auto-linking per quiz? Can we add such option in the quiz settings (maybe in 1.7.x or 1.8) so we don't have to hack the PHP code?

2. Secure Window:
In the middle of a quiz running in a secure window, pressing Ctrl-Esc will give me the Windows' Start | Programs | ... where i can leave the quiz and surf the web, re-open the course in another browser window or even open a document on the PC.
=> Is there a way to deny any surf outside the quiz window "completely"? If not, what do u suggest?

3. Quiz revision: Results are published after the quiz is closed. Instructors meet with the students in the lab to discuss their results.
=> How can we do these revisions without allowing students to copy/print any of the Quiz questions/answers/responses? Can we have also a "Secure window" here?

Thanks for any help,
Keep moodling!
