Hi All

We want to put a timer function into the HotPot Module. Is it difficult to copy the timer function that is in the Quiz Module and use it in the HP Module? One would, I presume, have to also copy jsclock.php, jstimer.php and timer.js from the quiz/ module folder to the hotpot/ module folder.

 

Any help with this would be much appreciated.

Hi AJ,
all the programs in the Hot Potatoes 6 suite have their own timer, so there is no need to add a timer function to the HotPot module.

Open up any Hot Potatoes 6 program and you'll find the timer settings here:
Options -> Configure Output -> Timer
