Found something interest (moodle 1.7+): I defined a database with no acces to guest role, then try to login, after this a correct message came up with insufficient privileges - and with a link to a moodle.org site. Click on link, browser loads the moddle site - then click on "back" button of browser - and the restricted page is on the screen.
