Yes, Howard, that's the one! (Sorry if I was a bit vague.) But...

I would like to have it divided in two separate strings, one in moodle.php (it is there already) and a new similar string only used in forum. If I edit the existing one to save changes and send this doesn't fit with the other places in Moodle it's in use.

Journal has its own already (saveallfeedback), and it would be really nice if forum had, too!

Example: The savechanges string is used both at the course settings page and when I write a forum post. I want a string spesific for the forum posting page. (To make it clear to students and teachers that they actually send it.) The savechanges string will still apply when I edit the forum, but not when I'm writing a forum post.

The point to me is to make it asolutely clear where to click when they're finished writing a forum post. They say "I have saved changes, but what do I do to send it?"...
