Problem: "this choice is full!" when adding LIMIT to value 50

Problem:
I use moodle 1.6.3 not the last patch -the standar version.
I get the error "this choice is full!" when nonone has voted and the LIMIT is set to the value of 50 answers!
When disabling the limit the student is allowed to vote!
what can i do? i really want to limit their aswers!

 Fix for MDL-6550 - patch from Graeme Byrne thanks! :-) + a bit of
 a tidy - get rid of all those tabs! :-)

as stated in the changelog.
i did the patch but i also have a block displaying the choice module that after the patch does't work
any ideas?
