variable "sitemailcharset" is set under [moodledir]/admin/config.php and currently set to UTF-8 and not to iso8859-7, as far as we are conserned for the greek language. The problem ? our users get mails containing ????? characters in their web based email accounts. Any solutions out there? they can change the locale of their browser but what we want to do is correct the email sender! they are 1000 students we are 2 people ....
so what's the correct value of variable "sitemailcharset" ?
