I installed moodle just fine on Mac OS 10.3 except for the fact that everything was running locally when installed. So, when I access it externally, the embedded links contain 127.0.0.1 my default local host address. How in the world can I fix that?

Well, I answered my own question. I had entered that address in config.php in error.
