When i go to downoad a resource, the frameset header appears in a frameset with a horizontal scrollbar. The height of the frame is 130 pixels, do you know which file I need to edit to make this bigger? So I dont get the horizontal scrollbar?

It's not necessary to edit a file. Simply increase the variable resource_framesize in Administration >> Modules >> Resource.
