Creating quiz questions using embedded answers cloze

I have created quiz questions using embedded answers cloze. But when I preview answer and submit the quiz, (1) I don't get the feedback comment and (2) The anwer window gets out of size and displays 2 answers with the answer selected highlighted.
e.g. Which of the following should NOT be called sales?
{1:MULTICHOICE:%100%Office fixtures sold
#Well Done! ~%0%Goods sold on credit#Wrong answer! ~%0%Goods sold by cash#Wrong answer! ~%0%Sale of items previously included in purchases#Wrong answer!}
Any ideas please?

Thanks for the screenshot. It was very helpful. Somrient

But I'm still having a problem with feedback for cloze, actually, it's only for multichoice cloze. I don't seem to get any feedback on hover. I suspect because it is still a dropdown box, and the mouseover event might not work. Anyway, is it me? Or a bug/design issue?

Thanks

Hi Thomas,

There's no reason why feedback should not display on mouseover for all types of embedded questions, including multichoice (see attached screenshot). Which theme are you using? which Moodle version? Maybe you could attach a sample question and a screenshot.

Humm...seems to be working now.

Maybe there was a typo in my string or something (or maybe I forgot feedback for all the responses)

Thanks for the help. Somrient
