Gradebook

Hopefully a simple question!

I am using the gradebook in version 1.5.X (3 I think).  I want the students to see the mark/percentage/grade for each bit of work individually when they log in.  So at the moment although one user got 28/30 they see this as 11% because the system is working out an average with all of the other homeworks which are hidden.

When I tag it not to not show hidden items it still shows last week and this week's homework (this week's is not due in yet) and so makes the score wrong.

In a nutshell I don't think I need a running average of the year!

Edit: by the look of it I need to make the "uncatagorised view" the default, get rid of the running average and get the letter grade to show with each bit of work...
