Is there a way to offset the default timezone that is displayed when users are not logged into moodle?
At present it shows the server's localtime which is in a different timezone than my own - which is the one I would like to use a default.
Any help appreciated.

There is a new configuration variable in Moodle 1.2 that allows you to set a default time (it's also used when users have specified "server time", so as long as all users are set to server time, then you can change everyone with one setting on the config page -- useful for daylight savings)

Is there a GUI for this and if so where can I find it? It doesn't seem to be in version 2004020300.
