a little question: Is it possible to make the "Site Main Menu" visible "in any case"? The block should appear always and never disappear. I don't know how to realize that, perhaps somebody could help me? Would be very happy!

No, but you could add the "Sidebar" block to pages (see CVS) - this is a sideblock that permits adding Resources and Activities - and set up your menu there.
