I have a new Moodle site on a host in China. The host doesn't have the newest version of MySql since they say it is not compatible with the Chinese language. Thus my programmer is having to use Moodle 1.5 or so. Since this is the case, my site can only have English on it as opposed to both English and Chinese. Anyone heard of this problem?

I'm using Moodle 1.6 on MySQL 4.1.15. Chinese works fine. See: http://cms.hit.edu.cn
