We have a phantom forum showing up - it is labeled "General Discussion" and only appears in the Forums section. We can't find it anywhere in the class, nor can we figure out how to delete it. We thought initially that it was a default forum created when the course was created, but now we're not sure about that. Any suggestions?

Update: looks like this was something created by one of our programmers. It was meant to create a default forum in every class. We made some changes on the back end, and all is well.
