Moodle in English: Forum at Moodle 1.6

Hello everybody,

I don't know how to create a teacher's account at Moodle 1.6 and I don't know how to access the forum for teachers. Do U know it? Can U help me?

I have a project with Moodle but I don't know how to modify database of Moodle 1.6 . Can U help me, please? Thanks.

to create a teacher account, it is under adminstration block whenever you create a course
