I created a course and can't figure out why there are different grades for learners (see image below). I have verified that learners have completed everything and should have a score of 100 (and I even tested with my own grades, which also show 50 instead of 100 no matter what I do).
The course has:
- General Topic (just a few sentences of background info)
- Topic 2=SCORM Activity (with an embedded quiz set up so the only possible score is 100%); this is the only think I want to contribute to the score of 100%.
- Topic 3: Additional information and links to resources
There may be a setting I changed that is causing newer learners to only be able to get 50 (whereas former people who completed were able to get 100), but I can't seem to find the issue. I've also copied every setting in alignment with another course setup the exact same way where there are no grade issues and haven't been able to solve the problem. Any troubleshooting tips?
