Interpreting Results in the Survey Module

Greetings, Fellow Moodlers,

I am not really sure about how to interpret the results of the surveys. Maybe you can help me.

For example, the COLLES (Actual) survey looks like it would provide a lot of wonderful information for the course instructor.

So, let's say that the majority of students indicate they they almost always think critically about how they learn. Does this mean to you that it would be a good group for emphasizing journals, workshops, dialogs, etc., that encourage student reflection? Or does this mean to most of you that this is already a student strength and the instructor might want to focus on other areas? Or does it have completely different implications for instruction that I am not seeing at all? Or am I just making a mountain out of a molehill here? (A habit of mine...)

Sorry if this sounds like I don't know how to teach an online class (maybe I don't blush ), but I would very much appreciate the benefit of your experiences, insights and opinions.

Thanks,
Art Lader
