I want my quizzes to be created in mixed arabic and english texts. The default english fonts are fine however I would like to have default font called "Traditional Arabic" and fonts size 34px for arabic text in both questions and answers. I am using moodle 4.5. Please help.

Does your Moodle site let you use a custom theme? That would let you affect all questions consistently.
