How do different videoconferencing plugins control licenses in Moodle?

Hello, I wanted to know how license control works in Moodle, with the videoconferencing plugins, Zoom, Meet, Teams and Webex. What would happen if I exceeded the number of simultaneous classrooms that I can create within Moodle? What type of notification would I receive or how would I notify?

Dear Alba,

This is a duplicate post of https://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=462946 - and duplicates can cause confusion, please see 'Post your question in one forum only', indeed this is the same forum but there are now two posts about it. Therefore if you wish to post in the Spanish forum then please do. Otherwise, I'll report this one and have the original to be left.

Kind regards,

Gareth

Hi,

You can delete if you want the Spanish version, I can't, thanks!

That would be an issue for each plugin vendor and their associated moodle plugin, though I suspect the plugins would not have much to do with it, as they generally just initiate the connection.

The idea is that the video conferencing provider looks after the number limitations. There is always a user behind the meeting - an owner of the meeting. His limitations apply to the meeting.
