Please help me sort what should be a simple request but clearly I'm missing something.
I've tried many times to create/edit roles to be applicable to our Curriculum Quality team. I get close, then something breaks. I'm going to list what we need the role to do, then the problem I'm encountering today:
- I need to apply the role at a Category level.
- It must not show on the Participants list.
- It needs to be able to view Assignment submissions across all groups (if groups are used in the course). The person themselves will not be in any group.
- I'd prefer they couldn't make actual changes to activities / grades / marking feedback (but I suspect to be able to do the above, then this is impossible).
I've attached the permissions for the current role that's currently in use, however it does not display any submissions even when there are many.
