'Duplicate' option is not showing for 'Manager' privilege user, this same user in another user part of the 'Manager' group the 'Duplicate' option is not showing up. Please check the attached image.

I fixed this by resetting the roles, this is working now. by going to this URL https://xxxxx/admin/roles/define.php?action=view&roleid=1 and resetting the 'Viewing the definition of role 'Manager'
