Filter user list return "Error writing to database"

Moodle version: 4.4
mariadb: 15.1 Distrib 10.6.17

When filtering users, the following error message appears. All other functionalities are working, such as: register, update, delete, and import users, and all other filters on other screens work. However, only the user filter displays this error message.

What's the error message, and how can we recreate the same? What does the 1, 2, 3 numbering on your screenshot indicate?
