I have created a registration form using feedback option in Moodle. It is showing like Title of activity is Registration Form and above this Feedback is written I want to rename it. Kindly check the attached image
This should be achievable through language customisation (https://docs.moodle.org/404/en/Language_customisation) - you will probably want to change quite a few strings within there.
Your screenshot shows you with edit mode enabled. Does it still show Feedback when edit mode is off, as a student? In recent versions of Moodle the word doesn't display for students, only for teachers in edit mode.

Thanks Yogesh. If you're interested - if you can upgrade to any of these versions then your students won't see the activity names: 4.0.7, 4.1.2 or 4.2 or later.
