I am reaching out to seek guidance on disabling the site support request feature within Moodle. We have noticed an increase in spam through the Moodle site support request emails and would like to prevent this by turning off the feature.
We understand the importance of having a support request channel for users experiencing access issues, but due to the volume of spam, we are exploring alternative GMSocrates support solutions. Could anyone provide insights or steps on how to disable the Moodle site support request option? Any assistance or suggestions from the community would be greatly appreciated.
